East Baltimore Historical Library

As Broadway East started a major transformation with a massive investment from Johns Hopkins, a small non-profit organization on Baltimore’s east side wanted to preserve the history and fabric of the residents that were being displaced. East Baltimore Historical Library needed a construction partner they could trust.

This was a complicated project taking place at an operational public school while the economy reopened from Covid. The final product has delivered on the founder's vision, and serves as a celebration of the neighborhood's history, as well as a community asset to help plan for the future.
