Fayette Street Outreach Center Project

With nearly 30 years in the making, this small non-profit organization on Baltimore’s west side needed a construction partner they could trust.

For many years, their dreams of a new space had been delayed as a result of a less than honest construction company’s project failure. So, with the help of their State Delegate and Bon Secours Hospital, they secured funding and reached out to Trident. We were then able to tap into our own resources, and perform considerable redesign to make the budget work.

The final product has proven transformative and now serves as the community’s venue for all manner of public services, as well as the home for city, state, and national leaders to connect with constituents.
