Ritz-Carlton Residences Projects

For over 5 years, Trident effectively touched all components of this occupied residential building; performing design and construction management of roughly 17,000 of cold dark shell on two floors, with infrastructure improvements on an ongoing basis.

The space was divided to deliver new hotel rooms, a restaurant, a conference room and bar, a super-luxury, multi-floor condo unit, storage facilities, public restrooms, power and HVAC infrastructure, and stair and elevator access points. We seamlessly integrated front-of-house custom millwork, marble and Venetian plaster finishes where new construction met the existing space.

Since the project was delivered at a cost savings, the client was able to perform subsequent improvements under separate contracts with Trident, including two new luxury rental units from a cold dark shell space. We continue to manage more complex projects for the Ritz as they arise.
