Converting a 1960’s diner into a luxurious cigar lounge clad with stainless steel and Spanish cedar is a one-of-a-kind experience. Over the course of two years, Trident worked side-by-side with our client on full spectrum Preconstruction Services including a “go/no-go” decision on property acquisition. Once the decision was made, we were involved in the selection of design professionals and pricing as a trusted pre-construction and design/build partner.
